Palm Springs Auto Body had decades of trust built up in the community, but the brand hadn't quite caught up to the reputation. We rebuilt the identity from the ground up, starting with a new logo system, a confident color palette pulled straight from the desert, considered typography, and a tone of voice that felt as approachable as the team behind the counter. Everything was packaged into a thorough brand guide, so every sign, invoice, and Instagram post moving forward looks like it came from the same place.
A great brand has to live in the real world, not just on a screen, so we extended the new identity across the shop itself. We designed the exterior signage, the interior wayfinding, the front-desk environment, and a set of uniforms that gave the team something they were proud to put on every morning. The whole location now feels cohesive from the moment a customer pulls into the lot to the moment they pick up their keys.
